How does payment work?
Egypt launch orders use cash on delivery. The supplier and courier agree on the amount directly. Wallet services, card payments, and withdrawals are not available in this release.
Can I cancel an order after a courier accepts a bid?
Contact support as soon as possible. Cancellations after acceptance are reviewed case by case to protect both sides.
What is the system fee during launch?
The system fee may appear in an order breakdown, but it is waived and labelled Free (Promotional Offer) during the Egypt launch. The cash amount is agreed directly between the supplier and courier.
