As soon as the supplier confirms delivery in the app. Most releases complete in under two hours.
Can I cancel an order after a courier accepts a bid?
Contact support as soon as possible — cancellations after acceptance are reviewed case by case to protect both sides' escrowed funds.
How do I withdraw my courier earnings?
Open Wallet → Withdraw and choose a linked bank account. Withdrawals are typically available within one business day.
