By creating a Shuhna account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering as a supplier or courier, and are responsible for activity on your account.
Orders & bidding
Suppliers post orders with pickup, drop-off, and a maximum delivery fee. Couriers submit bids; the supplier chooses which bid to accept, and that acceptance is final and exclusive to that courier.
Escrow & payments
When an order is created, the offer amount is held in escrow. Funds release to the courier once the supplier confirms delivery. Disputed orders are reviewed by Shuhna support before release.
Prohibited use
Shuhna may not be used to ship illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items, or to circumvent escrow by arranging payment outside the app.
