By creating a Shuhna account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering as a supplier or courier, and are responsible for activity on your account.
Orders & bidding
Suppliers post orders with pickup, drop-off, and a maximum delivery fee. Couriers submit bids; the supplier chooses which bid to accept, and that acceptance is final and exclusive to that courier.
Cash on delivery & fees
Egypt launch orders use cash on delivery. The supplier and courier agree on the delivery amount directly. Any displayed system fee is waived as a free launch promotional offer. Wallet services, card payments, and withdrawals are not available in this release. Disputes should be reported to support promptly.
Prohibited use
Shuhna may not be used to ship illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items, or to misrepresent the agreed cash-on-delivery amount.
