Information we collect
Account details (name, phone number, email), order data (pickup/drop-off locations, amounts, delivery status), and wallet transaction history needed to run escrow-protected payments.
How we use it
To match suppliers with couriers, process escrow holds and releases, send order and wallet notifications, and keep the platform secure against fraud.
Location data
Couriers share live location only while an order is active, so suppliers can track delivery progress. Location sharing stops once an order is confirmed.
Your controls
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or update your details at any time from the app, or by contacting support.
